How does this work?   Feel free to start shopping if you want to purchase items by browsing through our categories.   You are not required to login for shopping. If you would like to create a registry for your wedding, click on the "Create Registry" link at the top of the page.  Follow the steps to create an account, give us information about you, your wedding, and how you want items shipped to you.  Then start adding items to your personalized gift registry. To shop for items for your wedding, click on the link called, "Your Special Day".  You can also add group giving or gift tree giving to your registry.  This allows multiple people to give towards a single product. Or you can choose for donations to be made for your honeymoon, the wedding, or whatever else you want.  Don't forget to name it and personalize it by uploading an image.
 
What about returns? We are grateful that you have chosen Abbiegales for your merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. * For returns of items purchased from Abbiegales registry, we will provide a refund or exchange within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. We want your experience with us to be easy and full of joy. Shipping fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt. Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Monogrammed items

  • Made to Order items

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

How to return an item? For your convenience you can begin by processing your return online. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit under our contact us page or Call our customer service line at 254-580-2828. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 10 to 5 Central Standard Time. We look forward to giving you personal service with a live person. If our line is busy, please leave a message and our representatives will get back to you promptly.

Please note that online returns are available only for items that are 20 lbs and under and were shipped to the United States (includes US Territories and APO/FPO).
